Job Creation Partnerships (JCP)

Ontario Job Creation Partnerships is an employment program that provides work experience to unemployed job seekers within projects that benefit the community or local economy.

Ontario Self Employment Benefit (OSEB)

The OSEB program assists aspiring entrepreneurs in writing a business plan and in launching their business.  The program is aimed at current EI recipients and/or those who/ve had an EI claim in the past 3 years who are not currently working.  Eligible applicants receive a living allowance from Employment Ontario while attending this 42 week program.

Second Career

Second Career is for recently laid-off unemployed workers for which long-term skills training is the intervention to transition them into high-skill, demand occupations in the local labour market.

Job Match Job Placement

Job Match Job Placement can help people prepare for and find a job. This program also works with employers to help them find and hire the qualified people they need.
