Ontario Early Years Centres

Ontario Early Years Centre is a place for children up to the age of six and their parents and caregivers to take part in programs and activities together. The programs and services listed below are free and available in both official languages in Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry.
- early learning and literacy programs for parents and children
- programs to help parents and caregivers in all aspects of early child development
- programs on pregnancy and parenting
- links to other early years programs in the community
- outreach activities so all parents can get involved with their local O.E.Y. Centre

The Learning Centre (TLC)

Offering School Age Child Care in Stormont and Dundas

Youth Programs

The North Glengarry Youth Centre offers recreational and educational activities for youth between the ages of 9 to 17 that focus on community involvement, health & wellness as well as life skills.

Employment Services

Employment resource centre offering a self-serve career library, access to computers with high speed internet and fax services for job searching, workshops, employment consulting and more, serving Glengarry. All services are free and offered in both official languages.

Seniors Programs

The senior’s day away program is offered three times a week, in both official languages, in the area of North and South Glengarry. Our program is for caregivers requiring respite, as well as seniors residing at home who require opportunities to socialize when limited mobility, transportation, health issues, or isolated living conditions make it difficult to form relationships within the community. Our program strives to meet an individuals physical, intellectual, social/emotional needs by delivering meaningful activities and a pleasurable dining experience.
